Policy on Shipping and Returns is as follows. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the ordered product. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Only products which arrived damaged or if an incorrect product was sent will be accepted.
Products shipped by EMS are insured and tracked to the door of the customers house and as such there is no risk of non-delivery. Customers who choose to have their products delivered by normal postal service are not insured and any risk of non-delivery is entirely the purchasers. Items sent by EMS should arrive within three to four days and by SAL should arrive within one to two weeks to most destinations.
In Japan, electronics usually have a free 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship and materials on most products. If you so require, a longer warranty period can be arranged, in some cases of up to 5 years, at extra cost to yourself.
